Return/Refund Policy 
Product Refunds and Return Policy. Shop the Adirondacks does not accept food product returns for refund. All non-food products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in the original packing without damage. All shipping cost associated with the return of the merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refused Orders. There is no refund for refused orders on your doorstep. Should you decide to accept the merchandise after you have refused it, we will re-ship it to you after you pay a US$25 shipping and handling fee. This fee may be higher in non-USA countries.
Defective Products. A defective product may be returned within 10 days of receipt for an exchange of a like product. You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from Customer Service within this 10-day period. Upon confirmation of the defective product, Shop the Adirondacks will reimburse the cost of returning the product by UPS Ground or Parcel Post. After you receive the Return Authorization Number, Shop the Adirondacks must have the defective product within 14 calendar days.
Cancelled Orders. All orders cancelled prior to shipping will be assessed a 15% cancellation and processing fee. Please carefully prepare your order and verify the address and method of payment prior to placing the order.
Address or Payment Changes. Shipping address changes or method of payment changes will not be accepted once the order has been submitted. The order must be cancelled and resubmitted. Please note cancellation fee above. Cancel orders by calling Customer Service at 310-480-3737 - M-F, 9am to 5pm EST.
Products Damaged En Route. If you suspect that a product has been damaged enroute, DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE. The freight carrier is responsible for the damage. To make a claim against the carrier, you must act quickly. Do not return carrier-damaged merchandise to Shop the Adirondacks. This will void any claim against the carrier. If there is no visible damage on the outside of the box but, upon opening the package, you find that the product has been damaged, call the carrier immediately. Do not open the individual containers. The carrier will arrange an inspection at the premises. Do not destroy or dispose of any packing material or boxes until after the inspection. Incomplete or Incorrect Orders. If you do not receive all of the items ordered, check the invoice first. If the invoice shows part of the order is missing, or you receive items you did not order, call Customer Service at 310-480-3737- M-F, 9am to 5pm EST with the details of the missing or extra item(s).
